Sometimes it’s tricky what to do for Christmas. This year, by a fluke, we saw an ad for a getaway on Seili Island in the Archipelago Sea. We’ve sailed past this gem during summers, so we thought it might be great to finally visit. The added bonus was that dogs were welcome in the accommodation quarters. With our new little family member, that was great.

So, we spent a beautiful, quiet Christmas eating and walking in the winter wonderland. We also had the chance to catch up on the sordid history of this beautiful island.
