YES!!! It’s time again for the splash.

We’ve had a couple of new gadgets installed and we have to drive the boat to shipyard for final installations. We now have a radar and 4G wifi unit installed on the mast. So it’s more difficult than ever to stand the mast and take it down in the future. Now we are set for better safety and navigation in the dark or sudden fog that creeps up on you when you least want or expect it.

Well, everything didn’t go so well. For the first time ever, water started seeping in the she was in the water. It wasn’t that bad. No immediate risk of sinking, but really annoying. The bottom through hull of the sink was leaking. The water came up throug the threads, some some sealant wasn’t originally put on quite correctly. Well, we did have that appointment at the yard scheduled. They could just pull her out and replace the fitting.
