Even if the season is over, and a lot of the places are boarded up for winter I just felt that we had to check out the Amalfi coast. And the road was spectacular. Even scarier than driving around Madeira. We decided not to hang around in Sorrento but to take two short stops, Positano for lunch and Amalfi for gelato. Both places look a bit touristy compared to Naples. One can only imagine the crowds during summer.

And since supposedly, the best limoncello comes from the Amalfi coast, we had to get a few bottles produced locally in Positano.
