A great place well worth the effort is Sartù Ristorante in the Vomero area. On the menu you find two different types of exciting dishes. On the one hand, you have traditional dishes with great raw materials. On the other hand, you have new exciting dishes based on some traditional dishes.

We opted for the traditional tasting menu, and were not disappointed. I can warmly recommend this place, which is nice and quiet, with a mellow jazz playing in the background.
